Every member offers their unique experience and perspective on how they can connect with their communities. Collectively, we operate with a united vision that compassion and kindness impact end of life experiences for the dying, their carers and those they leave behind. We welcome all communities and individuals who share our vision to join our community of practice to help us to shape compassionate responses to the needs of the dying and those closest to them.
