How much time do we spend thinking or talking about the things that are important in our lives or planning ahead?
Usually very little!
It’s important to think about these things when we are well. It reminds us of what is important now, to help us get the best out of life! It also helps us start thinking about planning ahead, for when life may change.
It’s not a bereavement /support group: just an opportunity for adults of all ages to think and talk about what’s important to them and take practical steps if they wish!
