Comfort packs
The Northern Trust works with local communities to support families whose loved ones have been suddenly taken into hospital, or who are ill & dying in hospital.
Items to donate
We provide families with ‘Comfort Packs’ containing essential items, so they don’t have to leave their loved ones at critical times. The Comfort Packs provide comfort when they need it most.
We provide 100 packs a month but the need is greater. Donations can help meet this need.
Comfort pack items include:
Shower gel, soap, shampoo (mini/travel size are great!)
Deodorant, facecloth, wipes
Toothpaste, toothbrushes
Comb, brush
Moisturiser
Tissues
Pen
