<p>Our aim is to improve death, dying and loss experiences for everyone in Northern Ireland by empowering people and communities to make positive choices about end of by:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Increasing awareness of palliative care and end of life care needs in all levels of society with particular focus on social support<\/li>\n<li>Improving the visibility of the palliative and end of life communities<\/li>\n<li>Improving \u00a0social inclusion of the palliative and end of life communities<\/li>\n<li>Transfering our palliative care and end of life knowledge to individuals and communities<\/li>\n<li>Building capacity within communities to be more resilient and better prepared to respond to death, dying, loss and bereavement<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n
