2020 has been a challenging year for the project, just as it has been for so many across the world. However, in the face of crisis we have dug deep to discover solutions. New ways of working and innovative ideas have ensured the continued important work in reducing loneliness and social isolation for people living with advanced illness and frailty.
Taking this learning forward into 2021 we will emerge stronger and better compassionate communities.
