Dying to Talk Café
Normalising death, dying and loss through conversation.
Dying to Talk Café sessions are discussion groups, they are not grief support groups and they do not offer counselling.
Sessions are 1.5 hours long, which often goes by very quickly once conversation gets flowing.
Cafe sessions happen throughout the year in various locations, we are also happy to facilitate new cafes on request.
Compassion in Action
Our Compassionate In Action Program is the projects active citizen initiative. Through raising awareness, education and facilitation we work with individuals and communities to co-develop social and practical support that allows people to live well within their communities until the end of life.
The Compassionate Neighbour Workshop is designed to raise peoples’ awareness on the needs of people living with advanced illness and frailty. At the end of the workshop people will be more confident when offering support that helps to reduce feelings of social isolation and loneliness.
Delivered in 1 full day workshop.
